starTHE ISSUE AT HANDstar

You've Earned Your Role. You bring experience, results, and credibility. And yet...

As expectations increase, communication becomes more complex.

  • Meetings feel more consequential
  • Stakeholders are more varied
  • Visibility brings scrutiny
  • What you say–and how you say it–carries more weight

You may find yourself over-preparing, second-guessing, or adjusting your voice to meet competing expectations. Experienced leaders shouldn’t have to shrink, perform, or over-explain to be heard.

Meet Sherry Sissac

Sherry Sissac has worked across corporate, nonprofit, government, and mission-driven environments—often as the first or only woman in rooms where expectations were unspoken—and the stakes were real.

That lived experience informs her work today.

Sherry is not a motivational coach. She is a strategic communications partner—trusted by executive women navigating visibility, responsibility, and change.

Through Fournorth Consulting, she provides high-touch, bespoke executive communications coaching grounded in judgment, discretion, and real-world leadership experience.

starSHERRY HAS BEEN THEREstar

Why This Work Is Personal

Much of her career has been spent as the first—or the only—woman in rooms where excellence alone was not enough. She learned early that how you communicate—how you frame decisions, set boundaries, and claim space—often determines how your leadership is received.

Through Fournorth Consulting, she provides high-touch executive communications coaching for women navigating increased responsibility, public presence, organizational change, and career transition.

Like many executive women, she was conditioned to say yes. To carry more. To prove capability through constant availability and performance. She shares, "Over time, I came to understand that this approach wasn’t sustainable—and that real leadership requires discernment, not exhaustion."

That lived experience shapes how Sherry works today. She understands the moment when a leader realizes it’s time to refine how she shows up—not because she’s lacking, but because the room has changed.

"My clients don’t have to vocalize the pressure, the politics, or the weight of representation. The work is grounded in respect, discretion, and alignment—not performance."

How We Work

There is no standard program, no prescribed sequence, and no one-size-fits-all solution—because no two leadership contexts are the same. While every engagement is bespoke, the work typically follows a simple rhythm.

Our work is delivered primarily through confidential one-to-one advisory relationships, designed around the leader, the moment, and the environment she’s navigating.

Rather than prescribing scripts or fixed methodologies, the work is shaped in real-time—focused on judgment, presence, and how communication lands.
